This is a well equiped first floor self catering, holiday apartment located in the tree lined square of Grantown on Spey (Floor Plan). The holiday apartment building was built in 1900 from local granite and was completely renovated in 2006. The self-catering accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower-room), 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and lounge. There is also a large walk in storage cupboard suitable for storing, skis, snowboards or golf clubs [photos]. The lounge, twin bedroom and master double bedroom overlook The Square and hills beyond and the kitchen bathroom and second double bedroom have views to the Cromdale Hills. The apartment hot water and heating is supplied by electric heating and it is double glazed throughout.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The Dining area consists of an extendable dining table that seats 6 (unextended). The kitchen area has numerous storage cupboards, oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils and all the usual kitchen cooking equipment.
